You're together as a family the entire time. There's no chat with strangers and no location tracking — checkpoints unlock by observing the real place in front of you, not by sharing where you are.
What age is Huntaway designed for?
We built it around kids 8 to 12 — old enough to read the clues and really lead the way, young enough that it still feels like magic. Younger and older siblings are welcome to tag along.
Do we need to download an app?
No. Huntaway runs right in your phone's browser. After you buy, you'll get one link — open it whenever you're ready to start.
What if we get stuck on a clue?
Every clue gives you three tries before offering a hint, and a bigger hint after that. Nobody gets left standing in the piazza confused.
What should we bring?
Just your phone, comfortable shoes, and sunscreen. The whole route is under 4km and entirely on foot.
Can we pause or take breaks?
Anytime. Stop for gelato, sit down, pick it back up when you're ready — there's no clock running against you.
